Technical Specifications:
Introduced in January of 1986, the Macintosh Plus was Apple’s third revision to the original Mac. It was the first Mac to use an 800k floppy drive (double sided 400k). It was also the first Mac to have a built in SCSI port allowing for fast connections between peripheral devices. The Mac Plus was apples first computer to be made with the
now familiar white (called "Platinum by Apple) colored plastic shell (all others before it were beige). It was the first to ship with a keyboard that had a built in numeric keypad. It’s mother board was the first to have removable RAM cards, making upgrades easier. It was also the first Mac to have it’s model name printed on the front and not the back. It originally sold for $2600.
